Returns and Exchanges

NO RETURNS. Exchanges only.

All bodysuits, jewelry and shoe sales are FINAL, unless item was damaged or defective. 

Store Orders: Clothing items can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days.

Online Orders: Clothing items can be exchanged for another size within 7 days of receiveing your order. Send us an email to hello@shopalabasterco.com to exchange an item. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must still be attached. Customers will be issued a store credit if exchange is approved and notified via email.
